Rebecca Turner struck off to Myndert Cooper for thirty dollars for her maintenance & clothing for one year.
The child of Sarah Carraghan struck off to Jane Dubois for its maintenance one year.
Voted - Joshua Green shall receive for his services for the year 1799 ten dollars.
Voted - To raise thirty one dollars and one half dollar as an additional sum for the poor for the ensuing year to be lodged in the hands of the Poor Masters.

Poor Accounts
License and permits granted to tavern keepers and retailers of spiritous liquors by the Com'r. of excise at their meeting held the first day of May 1804 amounts to the sum of 105 dollars.
At a special town meeting of the freeholders and inhabitants of the Town of New Windsor held at the house of Sarah Hamiltons on Saturday the twenty fifth of August 1804, for the purpose of electing one Overseer of the Poor in the place of Jabish Atwood who did not take the oath required by law and the said Jabish Atwood was again relected one of the Overseers of the Poor for said town.

Voted - That the sum of forty five dollars be allowed to Thomas Nicholson for his support.
Voted - That the sum of sixty dollars be allowed to Jane Duboise for keeping and clothing the child of Sarah Carrigan.
Voted - That the sum of seventy five dollars be allowed to Hugh McGill for the support of Jonah Belknap one year.
Voted - That the Overseers of the Poor be allowed to provide for the child of Daniel McCann.
Voted - That the sum of forth dollars be allowed to support Catherine Chamble.
Voted - That the sum of five hundred dollars be allowed to be raised for the support of the poor.
Voted - That the persons that were fence viewers last year be fence viewers this year.
Voted - That sheep shall not run on the commons.
Adjourned to meet at the same place in the year 1814.
