The New Windsor Police Department has added itself to an ever-growing number of police departments that have established an e-commerce exchange zone. Many law enforcement agencies across the country are establishing safe trading zones for safer transactions for residents.
Police have designated two parking spaces in the front parking lot of the Police Department, at 555 Union Ave, New Windsor, that have 24-hour video surveillance for people to use for safer transactions from websites like Craigslist, eBay, or local Facebook exchanges.
